Grade 1 STEAM Week
During STEAM Week, our Grade 1s explored the world of patterns, spotting them, creating them, and wearing them on their own pattern masks. They were introduced to robots and discovered the basics of electrical and mechanical parts. The Grade 1s used this knowledge to build their imaginative 'Wiz Bots'. The adventure continued with the 'Novice Bot', where they took their first steps into coding the bot to move and light up with its dazzling LSD display. They ended the week off by reflecting on their learning and demonstrating their ‘Wiz Bots’ and ‘Novice Bots’ to their parents. It was a week full of innovation, learning, and fun!
