Junior School Sport – January Highlights

The year started with a bang for Junior School sport, with our swimmers diving straight into training even before the school term began! After trials, two Friday galas, and the exciting Summer Splash, our swimmers are well prepared and ready to take on February.

Our Junior Swimming Team showed tremendous growth and grit at the Summer Splash gala, competing proudly against our like-minded sister’s school from across the Jukskei River. The progress and determination on display were truly commendable.

On the tennis front, we proudly congratulate Esmae Shinners on her inclusion in the SA Junior Tennis Team—proof that dynamite really does come in small packages!

Squash also made waves this month, with introductory Saturday sessions taking place over the past two weeks for Grades 2–3 and the Intermediate Phase (Grades 4–7). What an exciting and valuable experience for all involved.

Thank you to our parents, staff, and supporters for your continued encouragement. We look forward to celebrating many more Junior School sporting achievements as the season unfolds.
