First Team Volleyball

For the first time, the St Mary’s DSG First Volleyball Team had the opportunity to attend the prestigious Mafikeng Volleyball Festival, hosted at the International School of South Africa in Mafikeng.

Competing against 18 schools, our girls showed tremendous determination, teamwork and fighting spirit throughout the festival. We are incredibly proud to celebrate a fantastic 6th-place overall finish!

This achievement is a wonderful reflection of the commitment and hard work the team has put in throughout the season. The girls represented St Mary’s DSG with pride, composure and sportsmanship, and we are excited to see what lies ahead for volleyball in the future.

A special thank you to Coach Clive Doren for his dedication, guidance and the countless hours he has invested in developing our players. His commitment to the team continues to make a meaningful difference.
