Senior School
St Mary’s DSG strives to provide opportunities for our students to develop leadership skills and we entrust them with responsibilities that will develop their own unique strengths and abilities. We follow a model of serving leadership, in that all members of our Senior School are called on to serve the community.
Task leaders at St Mary’s DSG are expected to demonstrate five core values in all aspects of school life: agility, integrity, respect, a growth mindset and generosity of spirit.

The St Mary’s DSG task leaders commit themselves to serving the school, students, staff and community with integrity, humility, loyalty and a commitment towards excellence in order to nurture a sense of belonging among all and ensure the school’s ongoing success and growth.
It’s a year-long commitment to improve the school and its community through acts of service and to represent the student body.
