Marimba Festival
Our Grade 7 Marimba band played at the St Stithians College Marimba Festival on Thursday, 12 June, with bands from St Stithians Girls Prep, Aukland Park Girls Prep, Holy Rosary, St Stithians Boys Prep, St Davids Marist Junior Prep, St John’s Prep and Thornhill Primary School from Botswana. The bands learnt two mass items, 'Easy to Love' and 'Waka Waka,' to open and close the programme, and enjoyed a wonderful evening filled with lively marimba music.
