Friends of South Africa Youth Exchange Programme

- Ms Jacqui Brown

On 11 December, Masego Moagi (Grade 11) and Morongoa Sebola (Grade 11) will depart for Germany, where they will spend four weeks living with host families.

During their stay, they will attend school alongside their host students, offering them an authentic insight into daily life and learning in a different country. Upon arrival, they will travel by train to their respective host families.

To date, 5 217 learners have participated in the exchange programme between South Africa and Germany. The purpose of this programme is to provide students with meaningful exposure to a different culture and its ways of life, to serve as young ambassadors for South Africa, and to support their personal growth and development.

We wish Masego and Morongoa a safe journey.
